Pessada beach is an unorganized beach with a narrow fine grained sandy bank, blue waters ideal for swimming and snorkelling with a sandy, flat bottom. On the right side of the beach there are underground rocky formations and on the left side there is a seaweed & rocky formation blend making it lot of fun to explore.
There is also a ferry which operates between Pessada port and Agios Nikolaos in the north of Zakynthos.
