Ballas Apartments opened in 1981 and since then we try our best to offer high quality holidays to our guests and friends.
Our studios and apartments are located on the beach of Agia Efimia, just 40 meters from the beautiful sandy beach, offering stunning views of the picturesque bay of Agia Efimia and the island of Ithaca.
In a very nice spot on the quieter side of the village, Ballas Apartments are very close to the taverns, cafes, local shops and supermarkets that the location has to offer.
Many beautiful beaches and great sights are within walking distance or just a few minutes drive.
The famous Myrtos Beach is 9 km away, while the Melissani Cave is 7 km away. Also nearby are the famous beaches of Antisamos and Agia Paraskevi, as well as many charming small beaches with white pebbles on the way to Sami – many of which are considered to be the most beautiful little bays of the island, with stunning waters and turquoise colours.
Our goal is to offer you comfortable, clean, fully equipped accommodation and make your holidays better, quieter and more enjoyable.
There is a large choice of budget apartments and apartments for 2 or 3 people – all have balconies overlooking the Ionian sea or distant mountains.
