During the renovation in 2018, we converted the 100m² single-storey holiday home to allow wheelchair access for disabled guests.
It is step-free throughout the house, the surrounding terraces and the parking area. This is ideal not only for guests with mobility problems but also for families with young children or guests who enjoy the convenience of a barrier-free holiday cottage.
Joleni Cottage in Kefalonia is set on a 2200m² plot of land in the lush region of Keramies and Spartia – away from the hustle of tourism and yet only a few minutes away from several of Kefalonia’s most beautiful beaches.
The cottage has two bedrooms, a large bathroom, an additional WC and an open plan kitchen with dining and living area. The house is located 200 metres from the street at an unpaved side road and offers tranquillity and privacy.
A minimarket with a stock of basic things and a traditional tavern are within walking distance (5-10 minutes) in the village of Keramies.
