I came to yoga in my 30s, having often thought I was not a ‘yoga type’ – I was happily proven wrong, very pleasantly surprised, and utterly hooked!
It offered much more than I had ever realised, helped in ways I couldn’t have imagined, and is now a life long learning journey.

I now share my love of yoga, offering drop-in classes, personal and group sessions on the Greek island of Kefalonia and online.
