A beautiful unorganised beach at the Northern tip of the Paliki Peninsular – about a half hour drive from Lixouri.
Located below the village ‘Atheras’, it’s warm shallow waters make this the ideal beach for families.
There are a couple of tavernas nearby but no sunbeds so make sure you take what you need, including a parasol because there’s no natural shade here.
For hiking lovers, there are many walking trails in the area – the walk to Ammidi is lovely with a beautiful hidden gem, whilst there, you can visit the ‘Chapel of Agios Spyridon’ with its distinctive blue colour.
